AI Sourcing

AI Sourcing in ATZ CRM helps recruiters discover fresh candidate profiles from across the internet using a single, powerful search bar. Think of it as an advanced web-wide talent lookup that brings high-quality leads directly into your ATS — without needing third-party tools.

Whether you type a natural language query (e.g., “Senior backend developers in Bangalore with Java experience” ) or use structured keywords, ATZ CRM scans public sources online and returns the best-matched candidate profiles that you can instantly add to your database.


You can open AI Sourcing from inside ATZ CRM:

  1. Go to the Candidates module.
  2. Click the AI Sourcing button at the top right.
  3. The sourcing interface will load with both AI Search and Keyword Search options.

  • Each search will return at max 50 records per page.
  • Profiles imported into your CRM are automatically enriched using publicly available data from the web.

In AI Search, you can type what you need in plain English — or use voice input.

Example queries:

  • “Sales managers in Dubai with SaaS experience”
  • “Frontend engineers who worked at Google”

ATZ CRM interprets the query and presents the closest-matching candidate leads it finds online.


Prefer a structured search? Use filters such as:

  • Job title
  • Company name
  • Location
  • Seniority

AI Sourcing uses search credits.

  • 1 page = 1 credit
  • Viewing page 1 → consumes 1 credit
  • Going to page 2 → consumes another credit
  • Adding any profile in ATZ CRM → consumes 1 credit ( includes verified Email of the person )

Credits reset every month. Credits do not roll over.


To import a profile:

  1. Click Add Candidate.
  2. ATZ CRM creates a new record and enriches it automatically.

If the candidate already exists (matched by LinkedIn URL and Email):

  • Update → fill only missing fields

Once added, you can open the profile using View Candidate.


You can select multiple profiles on a page and import them all with one click.


ATZ CRM enriches publicly available fields such as:

  • Work History
  • Email
  • City
  • State
  • Country
  • Skills
  • Current Position
  • Current Organization
  • Experience
  • Description
  • Location
  • LinkedIn profile URL

Candidates added via the sourcing feature are automatically tagged with the source “AI Sourcing” inside ATZ CRM.

  • Credits are shared across the entire account.
  • Credits are exhausted at month end and cannot be rolled over.

To get the most accurate profiles:

  • Specify target companies (e.g., “Prefer candidates from Stripe OR Notion”).
  • Use clear job titles (e.g., “B2B SaaS Product Manager”).
  • Avoid random keywords or uncommon phrases.
  • English generally produces the most accurate search results.

How many profiles can I see per search? The number of results varies depending upon the Keywords. You will see at max 50 records per page.

Can I mix AI Search and Keyword Search? No — if AI input is used, keyword filters are ignored.

What happens if the profile already exists in my CRM? The Candidate Profile will get updated.

Do unused credits roll over? No — they reset every month.

Does upgrading mid-month add credits? No. It resets to the new plan’s limit.

Difference between AI Sourcing vs AI Matching?

  • AI Sourcing → finds new candidates
  • AI Matching → matches existing candidates to your jobs
