How to Create, Update, and Delete Candidate Profile Templates in ATZ CRM

Candidate Profile Templates in ATZ CRM help users create structured candidate descriptions by utilizing placeholders such as full name and current position. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on creating, updating, and deleting these templates, including setting a default template.

To create a new candidate profile template in ATZ CRM, follow these steps:

  • Open ATZ CRM and navigate to Admin Settings.

  • Search for Candidate Profile Templates under ” Templates ”.

  • Click on NEW CANDIDATE PROFILE TEMPLATE.

  • Provide a name for the template (e.g., “Default Candidate Template”).

  • Add a template body where you can use placeholders such as:

  • {{First Name}} for the candidate’s first name

  • {{Current Position}} for their job role

  • Modify placeholders as needed.

  • Click CREATE to finalize the creation.

  • The new template will now be listed in your CRM.

Setting a Default Candidate Profile Template

To automatically apply a specific template to new candidates:

  • Locate the template under Candidate Profile Templates.

  • Click the Set as Default button.

  • Once set, every newly created candidate will have this template applied.

  • Note: If no default template is set, users can manually select one while adding candidates.

When creating a new candidate:

  • Click Add Candidate.

  • If a default template exists, it will automatically populate the description field.

  • If no default template is set, manually select a template from the Profile Template dropdown.

  • Enter other candidate details and save.

  • The placeholders will be replaced with actual candidate data.

To modify an existing template:

  • Navigate to Candidate Profile Templates in Admin Settings.

  • Select the template and click Edit.

  • Make the necessary changes.

  • Click UPDATE to apply the updates.
